Automated HPLC hemoglobin analyzer using the gold-standard High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) method for HbA1c and hemoglobin analysis.
Combines three testing modes in one system: A1c-R, A1c and A2/F, allowing HbA1c testing as well as identification of variants such as C, D, E and S and testing for β-thalassemia without changing columns or reagents.
Offers throughput of up to 30 tests/hour in A1c-R mode, 24 tests/hour in A1c mode, and 12 tests/hour in A2/F mode.
Requires only 5 µL of whole blood and supports venous blood and finger peripheral blood samples.
Includes a 15-position automatic sample loader, dedicated calibration/QC positions and a STAT sample position for urgent testing.
Provides CV ≤1.5% precision, a 10.4-inch touchscreen, storage for 7,500 sample results, LIS support and detailed chromatographic reporting.
